Landed was founded by Tom Wright — based in Leiden, with a background in real estate spanning rentals, investment property, and sales across Australia, New Zealand, and London. He's also lived in the US, which means he understands the experience of relocating from multiple angles.

Landed is a family business, built on years of combined experience of living as expats in the Netherlands. Between us, we've navigated the housing market, the Dutch administrative system, Blue Card applications, international schools, and the quieter challenge of building a life somewhere entirely new.
